Individual leases, a guarantor step online, an all-inclusive installment, a locally owned building with a professional team on site and 24-hour maintenance. Everything else on this site is for your student. This page is for you.
By the bedroom
Your student signs for their own bedroom and bath. A roommate who leaves or falls behind doesn't affect your student's lease. Terms run August to July.
All-inclusive
One installment covers furniture, internet, cable, water (to a cap), the washer and dryer and every amenity. Electricity is split among roommates. Pay in one, two or twelve installments.
Locally owned
Developed and owned by Charles Street Partners, managed on site by Cardinal Group. A leasing team you can call, and maintenance around the clock.
Privacy, if they want it
A studio with a front door
Private studios and one-bedrooms give a student their own kitchen, bath and quiet, at a rate closer to a shared home than you'd expect. Same building, same rooftop, same team.

For move-in weekend, parents' weekend and game days: the hotels we send our own families to, all a few minutes from Chapel Drive.
