Four things to finish first

The first installment, insurance, credit reporting and PetClear. Ten minutes each, all from your phone.

First installment

Your first installment is due August 1 in the resident portal. It includes your monthly charges plus the one-time utility admin fee and community fee.

Renters insurance (don't skip this one)

Before move-in, you'll need renters insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage and the following interested party listed on your policy:

A friendly heads-up: if we don't receive proof of coverage before move-in, you'll automatically be enrolled in our $15/month Liability Coverage Program + $8 Personal Content Protection Insurance. Please defer to your lease agreement or Foxen for more information.

Rentistry

Get credit where it's due! Your lease automatically opts you into a credit reporting program that reports your on-time payments to your credit report (aka, you're getting credit for one of your largest expenses). If you'd like to opt out of this program, you can do so here.

Note: You must complete this before your move-in, or you will be charged an additional $9 per month!

PetClear

Whether you're bringing a pet or not, you must complete your PetClear account. Check your email for more information, or click here to complete.

Before you come

Renters insurance uploaded, guarantor signed, first installment paid in the portal. We'll email your time slot a week out. Need an early date? Text the office as soon as you know.

At the tent

Pull into the loading zone, check in with your name, and get your keys, your fob, your parking permit and a cart.

In your home

Walk through with the team, note anything on the inspection form in the portal, connect to the Wi-Fi, and meet your roommates.

That night

Move-in party on the roof. Pizza, the jumbotron, and the first pool day of the year.

Good questions

The ones we get every August.

What time can I show up?

Your move-in time will be sent out ahead of your move-in. Come at the start of it; the tent, the carts and the elevator are waiting for you.

What should I bring to move into the apartment?

Bring a wagon, a few tools to hang your photos and make the space feel like home, and the everyday essentials. We'll have the water, food, and plenty more waiting for you. Think less “move-in” and more “welcome home.”

Can my parents help me move in?

The more the merrier! Just a heads-up: move-in times and parking are limited, and only one car will be allowed in the garage. Be sure to check out our hotel page ahead of arrival if you need additional accommodations.

What if my roommate moves in before me?

Common areas are shared from day one. Your bedroom stays locked until you check in.

Is the furniture already there?

Yes: bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and chair in your room; couch, coffee table, media console and the 55-inch TV in the living room; washer and dryer in the home.

Do I need to set up internet?

No. Internet is set up when you arrive, and MetroNet is on site to help if you have any questions.

Can I move in early?

Sometimes, for a fee and subject to availability. Ask the office as soon as you know; we can't promise it on move-in week.

Where do I park on move-in day?

The loading zone for unloading, then your parking spot. Permits are in your packet at the tent. Don't forget: parking must be added when you sign the lease.

What if something in the home isn't right?

Note it on the inspection form, turn it back in within 48 hours, and submit a work order. For emergencies, call, text or visit the front office.
